A rough day off the coast of Swanage
I had a trip out to Swanage last Sunday morning. The forecast had some promise however I was greeted with some great stormy looking skies.
In between dodging the rain and hail storms it was great to get some moody photos of the clouds coupled with the rough sea.

The sun trying to break through over the coastline with a rocky beach
I feel like I am continuing to grow as a photographer and every now and then create an image that I feel particularly proud of. This image is one such case.
I actually nearly over looked this photo in it’s original guise but when I looked at it a bit more I thought it had something. I then processed it and gave it this look and feel which felt right.

A view looking over Poole Harbour from evening Hill during a blustery and threatening evening the other week.
This is a handheld series of shots taken in portrait with the images being combined in Hugin. I had to then straighten the horizon in Photoshop (using the warp tool). I then edited it in Photoshop and finished it off in Lightroom!
